The Council of California Goodwill is an association of 14 independent Goodwill member organizations.  The council serves the people of California, Southern Oregon and Southern Nevada.

The council was established in 1970.  It engages in statewide and regional collaborative ventures to advance Goodwill’s workforce development programs and services.  The council provides a forum by which member organizations can share knowledge, resources and expertise; engage in peer learning and exploration; and develop strategic visioning to achieve shared goals that benefit the people and local communities served by Goodwill.
